This policy applies to the 30 minutes personalized consultation, not other works produced by Rosalinda Randall. Other works and intellectual property are subject to different terms and conditions.

I look forward to working with you. Before we get started, here are a few simple guidelines.

Confidentiality
What you share with me stays between us. I respect your privacy and will not share your personal details or conversations, unless required by law. Video recordings of this private consultation are provided solely for the individual client’s personal use and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent. If you wish to not record your session with me, please let me know ahead of time so I can cancel and recording.

Topics I Don’t Cover
To keep our time focused and productive, listed are a few topics I don’t discuss in sessions:
• Sexual or explicit topics
• Political debates or campaigning
• Religious instruction or persuasion
• Medical advice or diagnoses

24-Hour Cancellation Policy
Life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a $25.00 fee.
• Missed appointments without notice will be charged the full session fee.
